It pains me to say so, but this season’s It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia has been awful. Just awful.
So I just watched this French film. And well…. it’s very French.

My Netflix connection is being all wonky. But it did give me this gem when it paused to load. Ahhh the simple pleasures in life. :D

But now I’m just rambling…
Finished watching Dollhouse. Overall opinion: I really liked it. I tend to be hesitant with nearly all Joss Whedon’s creations and then I end up loving them. Eliza Dushku (Echo) does a better job than I expected at playing her multiple rolls but my favorite characters are Victor and Topher. Victor is great and Topher’s comic relief sends it over the edge for me. There really aren’t many characters that I didn’t like. And you get cameos from so many in the Whedon stable of actors and actresses; Summer Glau, Alan Tudyk, Felicia Day, that guy who’s married to Alyson Hannigan. Also, lots of people from Battlestar Galactica. Including Mark Sheppard. (That dude pops up everywhere.)
That puts me with pretty much only Angel to finish watching and I’ll have seen almost everything Joss Whedon has ever created. Which reminds me… Totally stoked to see The Avengers next year. Written and directed by Joss. And I just saw the teaser trailer for it. That’s what you get for staying after the Captain America credits btw. Which was also awesome. But now I’m just rambling… Off to watch more Angel.
I win at poker not because I’m good…
…but because I don’t play anything like I should and that makes me hard to read. Should I raise pre-flop? Hell, I’m not even sure it’s my turn. :D
